As a Business Analyst, you will translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for digital solutions within a banking environment. You will work across business and development teams to ensure requirements are documented and transformed into actionable specifications that drive successful delivery.

Requirement Documentation & Translation

• Document business and solution requirements through BRDs, FSDs, User Stories, user guides, and training materials.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams.
• Ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives and operational processes.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with business and development teams to clarify requirements.
• Support stakeholders with clear documentation and communication.
• Provide training materials and user guides to facilitate adoption.

We’d Love to Hear From You If...

Experience

• You have at least 7 years of experience in business analysis for IT system development.
• You have at least 5 years of business analysis experience within finance and/or banking.
• You have worked on corporate financial management systems integrated with banking platforms and/or digital products for corporate customers.

Technical Expertise

• You are proficient in documenting requirements using BRDs, FSDs, and User Stories.
• You understand corporate financial management processes integrated with banking systems.
• You are familiar with digital platforms delivering products and services to corporate customers.
• You have experience supporting IT system development projects in regulated industries.
